Ustathah Courtney Crump has been part of the LUA family for over 10 years and has served in many positions. She began her time here as the Pre-K 3 teacher and after three years, moved into first grade for six years. After two years away to be a stay at home mom, she returned last year as a classroom assistant. She is returning this year in a new role, the middle school science teacher. Ustathah Courtney is a Kentucky native, graduating from Tates Creek High School. She earned her Bachelors from Berea College in elementary education and her Masters from Georgetown College in learning and behavior disorders. Ustathah Courtney believes in hands-on learning and that mistakes are proof you are trying. She lives in Nicholasville with her husband, Jacob, and son, Marshall. She enjoys reading, crossword puzzles, and crochet.
