The legal and financial affairs of the school are managed by or under the direction of the Board of Directors.  The Board consists of a total of nine members: President, Vice President, Treasurer, Secretary and five members.

 

Four of those members are elected by the Parent Teacher Organization (PTO), another four are elected by the Islamic Society of Central Kentucky (ISCK) and the last member is appointed by the ISCK Shura Council (liaison). 

 

In addition, the current administrator and academic director of LUA serve as ex-officio members of the Board.
