What is an Islamic School?

How successful is LUA?
We are very humbled by the beginning of 7th year of Islamic Education at LUA in 2009.Over the last few years our students have received higher scores on National test, like IOWA for every grade level.
Several of our 4th year students have won national recognition in an Essay competition sponsored by Creative Communication, Inc. in 2006. We became the first Islamic School in Kentucky to get full accreditation from Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Council on Accreditation and School Improvement (SACS CASI) in 2008.
LUA has attracted several qualified academicians and teachers who are busy providing Islamic Education to students of LUA.
How many students are enrolled in LUA for academic year 2009-2010?
There are currently 125 students who are enrolled at LUA for academic year 2009-2010.We expect this number to rise in the first few weeks of school, InshaALLAH.

What are the admission requirements?

What is the yearly tuition?
For academic year 2009-2010, the yearly tuition is $4,000.The following are three different tuition payment schedules:
1. Monthly payment: due on 15th day of each month starting August
2. Two payments: $2,000 each on August 15 and January 15
3. Single payment: $4,000 due by August 15, 2009
For your peace of mind and convenience, LUA does offer Automatic Payment Program for paying your child’s tuition.The program is free and easy to enroll.Please contact school administration for more information.
Does LUA offer scholarship or financial aid for its students?
